‘Unity conscious living is like
looking to your environment as if
you’re looking in your mirror.’
– Albert Einstein –

General
As individuals, sometimes we all find ourselves in difficult situations or encounter people who make things difficult for us. When one is resolved, the next comes into play. It becomes a pattern that repeats itself over and over again in different areas (contexts) in our lives. Such as private, business, with friends, etc.
As a director, supervisor, counselor, teacher, partner or parent, you have to deal with a group of people for whom you are responsible. A variety of factors can create a dynamic in the group, which creates tension. Whatever you do, the tension keeps popping up like a multi-headed monster.
Chances are, you have so far sought solutions from the old paradigm of dualism. Based on the conviction that you are separate from your environment and that the solution lies with the other person. Unfortunately this is not the case.
According to Unity Conscious Leadership®, we are all connected to each other, constantly (un) consciously influence each other, whereby our outside world is a reflection of our inner world. That means that if you want to change your outer world, you will have to find solutions in your inner world.
Unity Conscious Leadership® provides answers, insights and opportunities to use obstacles and tensions for growth and transformation. It is confrontational (in a positive way) and requires continuous self-reflection, self-inspection and transformation.
Once you become aware of the functioning of Unity Conscious Leadership®, perceive and integrate it into your life, you will come closer and closer to your absolute happiness. A feeling of happiness regardless of the circumstances you are in.
The Unity Conscious Leadership® courses consist of three successive modules:
Experience shows that many people have lost contact with their essence through events in their lives, which often manifest themselves in the form of imbalance or diseases such as: burnout, depression, high sensitivity or irritability, increased stress level, insomnia, worry and thinking constantly, concentration problems or fatigue.
Personal Leadership is for anyone who wants to learn to take his or her own Leadership from the perspective of Unity Conscious Leadership® and grow into their own essence and absolute happiness.
Do you recognize this?
You are on vacation and you feel happy. You would prefer not to go home, afraid to lose the feeling of happiness. Or you buy something new and it makes you feel completely happy. Over time, that feeling of happiness fades away. And you are looking for something new to feel happy again. Each time the feeling of happiness lasts temporarily. Somewhere deep inside you are longing for a continuous feeling of happiness or can get back to it quickly without looking for it outside yourself.
Someone says something “unkind” to you and your feeling of happiness is gone. All day long you can only think of the “unkind” words and that person. You will meet people you don’t even know and from the first encounter you avoid them.
You always end up in certain situations where certain patterns keep repeating themselves. Such as: feeling left out, always have to do everything on your own, always ready for others even when it is not needed, not daring to say no or asking for help, you are keeping big secrets with you, you are looking for your life path and life mission, you have issues about your career, looking for your talents, wants to live from your essence, you have done your best to get rid of one ‘obstacle’ and the next one is already on your doorstep.
Whatever you do, the obstacles and patterns keep repeating in your life. Meanwhile, it will take you a lot of time and energy and every time you take a step forward you have the feeling of being pulled back.
