General

Inner leadership is a journey of discovery into your own unique talents and mission as a compass for the right choices and direction in your life, work, study and relationships.

Our talents are our innate potential, give color to who we are in essence, and represent the building blocks of our (life) mission. The more someone knows and uses their own talents and mission, the easier it becomes to do the things that go easy and make them happy.

Circumstances can ignite, extinguish, or even sabotage our talents.
Such as children who are told at an early age that they cannot draw, sing, dance, organize or learn. While these talents are present deep inside, it is decided not to do anything with it. Because I can’t! As a result, talents remain unused and unknown.

If within an organization or system (partners, team, family) the individual members take their inner leadership, the joint potential and mission will grow and contribute to connection, better cooperation, harmony, pleasant (working) atmosphere and an organization or system that functions.

Since 2017 I have guided many customers to their inner leadership with profound changes. I wish every person, organization or system to experience this at least once.

A. With the game of gifts

Method

In the form of a board game and through imagery you will meet your unique talents and discover how they work together for your own personal growth, your contact with your environment and your contribution to society, your (life) mission.

The Game of gifts consists of two boards. The first is the Round Table board; with this we start the game. This is to get to know your talents, to see the mutual relationships, and as a king / queen to gain insight into how you rule in your inner kingdom.
The second board is the tree of life board; this shows the coherence and hierarchy of your talents and is also the blueprint of your life mission.

The game is positively intensive. It awakens the talents in you that give you energy, become aware, increasingly empowered and want to do things.

The game is played under supervision. It is an insight and integration game, and works diagnostic and therapeutic at the same time.

What can you achieve with that?

The game works from the insight that everyone has a life mission to fulfill for which he / she has of course been given the talents. When we use our talents to serve the big picture, we get everything we need and can be truly happy.

For whom?

a. Adults

Are you looking for your talents and / or your (life) mission, do you not know if you are on the right path, do you miss inspiration, have you lost contact with your inner motivation, do you not get energy from the things you do, the things that you do are difficult in your life or do you need clarity about the right direction for you in your life, study and / or work? Then the Game of gifts is an intervention that can help you to gain clarity and change your life, study and / or work.

When?

Approach and duration

The number of hours required differs per person. On average, five to six sessions of 2.5 to 3 hours per session are required. Depending on what we encounter during the Game of gifts and how aware someone is of his / her talents. Sometimes a coaching session is needed in between to continue with the game.

Concrete action plans are made at the end of each session to get started. Between the sessions we allow at least two weeks to integrate and implement the action plans.

Approach and duration

A process consists of an intake interview of approximately one hour, in which the parent (s) are also present; then two sessions of two to three hours each (on different days, but that can also be done on one day) and finally a final discussion with parents and youngster.
At the end of each session, concrete action plans are made to get started.

B. Combination; The Game of gifts & System Dynamics

Method

We start with the Game of gifts and then move step by step on to drawing up your unique talents and life mission. With a systemic view and awareness, the constellation is accompanied by representatives who represent your talents and inner leadership. Barriers and themes that sabotage your inner leadership become visible and healed. As a result of which the hidden potential becomes visible and tangible again and able to manifest itself.

For whom?

Are you curious about your talents, what your (life) mission is and do you want to know what the dynamics of your own inner leadership looks like? Do you want to gain insight into what prevents you from taking your inner leadership completely? What is the cooperation and hierarchy between your talents and your own position as an inner leader? In this way of working you reveal the visible and invisible dynamics of your inner leadership and what you do and do not need to take your inner leadership completely.

The guidance takes place in 5 steps:
1. Intake and choosing talents
2. Constellation of talents and inner leadership
3. Interim evaluation and individual coaching
4. Constellation of talents and (life) mission
5. Evaluation and eventual coaching
